Ripoff vacation scam consumer rip-off fraud

I purchased a vacation for two through a fax that was sent to my employer. When you call the number they give you other numbers to call.

You are kept on hold forever on a toll call unless you opt to leave a message. But guess what, the box is full so you cannot leave a message and it hangs up on you.
