I received a call from Dynasty International Associates offering a discounted vacation package, I made a deposit by check draft while on the phone with the understanding that I could receive a refund if I changed my mind within an alloted time frame.
A couple of weeks later came the September 11 tragedy. I called Dynasty requesting a refund. Not receiving the refund weeks later I called again and wrote a letter to Dynasty International coping Ramada Plaza Resort requesting a refund because I did not want to travel with everything that was going on.
As of today still not reply from Dynasty. When I call 703-551-0648 I am told that I need to talk with someone at 301-515-1100, when called they say I have the wrong number and request that I call the orginal number. Now I get the run around, I execpted their call however, now they won't except my call.
All I want is to get my money back ($258.00). Maybe I should get an attorney because if I had their money I'm sure some Collection Company would be calling me by now.
