I was also taken by this scandalous company, and am now going to attempt to be refunded/reimbursed instead of continuing on our planned vacation this coming March (which was when our package was to expire). Hopefully the template of the complaint letter posted by the woman from Texas will work for me as well. If anyone has any other suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
Unfortunately my package was purchased several years back, and was extended (of course with an added charge) at least twice.
Thanks consumer complaints for allowing others to be made aware before purchasing their packages and having to go through what some of us have.
