I got duped into buying part of the "vacation" as a Junior in college. They said it was a one time only offer. I thought it was ok, my parents have a timeshare and they love it. I assumed when I got out I would be able to use my vacation after about a year.
Well, my job is 7 days a week with no vacation in sight and I've already paid for one extension on a vacation I'll never be able to use. I've called their so called "customer service" line and all I get is that it is a non-refundable purchase. The only way to get anything out of it is to sell it to someone else.
I thought we had more rights as consumers. They know that they're ripping people off left and right and they are good at tricking people into it. I hope someone files a some huge lawsuit and puts them out of business.
