These people mislead the public by identifying themselves as "National Park Reservations". They won't answer e-mails and won't give answers over the phone.
I planned an event at Yosemite working with the authorized park consessionaire who correctly told me that reservations made through them could be cancelled at no charge. During the process I called to make additional reservations using the number at "nationalpark reservations.com" expecting from the name that this was the concessionaire or the National Park Service.
The next month over $700 in unexplained billing appeared on my credit card bill. I've written two e-mails and made numerous phone calls to nationalpark reservations asking for a statement.
There have been no responses to my e-mails and when someone returns a call, they only say, "We'll get back to you." No one has.
These people are misrepresenting themselves as a government agency, or at best an authorized agent of the Interior Department. They are ripping off the public and are unresponsive.
