This company fraudulently obtained my credit card information over the internet and started automatically charging my credit card at the rate of $9.00 per month for 6 months before I noticed.
I have since discovered that this is a company which offers discounts on time shares for log cabins in Tennessee. Does that sound like something anyone would willingly sign up for?
My credit card company was very familiar with this company becuase they have recieved numerous complaints about the same unauthorized billing from many ot their other customers. I couldn't understand why they didn't do anything about it, but the more I investigated the matter, the more I began to understand how a company like this can continue to operate under the legal radar.
If you do notice they are charging you and you call them to complain, they agree to take all the charges off. The credit card company then tells you they will not pursue the matter further because the company was helpful in resolving the dispute. The BBB will not file a complaint against the company becuase you need to provide a local area code and or an address for a company in order to file a complaint. This company has none of these. As far I can make out, the company may consist of an old lady with a bad southern accent chain smoking cigaretts and talking to you in her smoked filled living room while she watches her TV.
Beware and check all of your credit card charges.
