Ramada Plaza Resorts needs to be stopped before they are able to scam thousands more out of their money!
I wish my father-in-law was getting his refund as easy as some of the preceeding reports. Unfortunately for him, it is taking numerous phone calls and now he has sent a formal demand letter to the head of the company, Daniel Lambert, and the attorney general of New York and Florida, Florida Consumer Services and the BBB of Southeast Florida. He has given Mr. Lambert 10 business days to refund the full price of his vacation ($2882) before he begins a lawsuit against him.

I am so glad that I stumbled onto this website with the numerous reports about this fraudulant company. We were under the impression that this was to be a prepaid luxurious vacation. No one told my f.I.L. About any time share presentations, but every time he has called to try to get his refund they always tell him that it was "supposed to" have been read to him in the original agreement. Yeah, right. That's when he would have said "goodbye" and hung up.
As for the reports of the conditions of the 2 hotels and the cruise ship... I can't believe I almost brought my kids along with us to this hell-week. He just sent the letter certified to Mr. Lambert on thursday, so he is still waiting to find out if he will receive a refund or not. If he does get one, I will update my post along with a copy of the letter so maybe it would help someone else.

*Maybe if you would invest some of the money you are scamming out of folks into fixing up your accomodations and such, people might not get SO mad when they find out that they have actually been duped into time share presentations*
