On the way to Honolulu we were greeted well.
The plane was small but affordable. When they asked if we wanted anything to drink I said that I wanted a soda.
As she handed me the tiny cup that holds 4 oz of soda she said "That will be $6.00 please" And I didn't even get to keep the can.
On the way back we got sodas for free my boyfriend even got 2 of them. All for free on the way back but not up, why is that I think they are screwing us.
That wasn't as bad as what I discovered the day we came back. We landed in Oakland to find my bag not there. They lost my luggage.
Can you believe that. The worse thing that could happen did happen. I was pissed as anyone should be. I wanted something done that night but of course it was 1:00am in the morning and it was a Saturday.
The guy who was working filled out a report for me and said someone would contact me the next day. Huh yah right I had to call them.
When I did all they said was they were trying to find the bag and they would contact me in two weeks. That's a little long to try to find baggage. Don't ya think. So it's been two weeks and no call so I called them again.
They don't have very good customer service skills. I said what's the process now on my claim they said in two weeks we will know what happens.
So needless to say I called today and they already sent a check. It was only around 200$ and the stuff I had in my bag was priced at 600$.
Thanks for calling me and letting me know what the results of my claim was. LOSERS
I'm never going with Sun Trips again and I don't recommend it. Like the last guy said you get what you pay for.
