A note to the unsuspecting traveller... Ramada is marketing a promotional land and sea vacation to Canadians. After being mislead, lied to and unable to reach a customer representative after paying for my trip my family and I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale to find out we had been scammed to the maximum!
In addition, my two year old son became ill and the "time share" representative wouldn't allow my husband to miss the presentation and we were told under no circumstance could we participate as individuals and would have to bring our sick son with us! Once we got there the "one hour" walk through turned out to be 5 hours. After much fighting and arguing with sales people, it turned out we never had to produce a "travel voucher" for the cruise and our cruise cabin was a disgusting sess pool of sewage (came right up out of the shower stall into the room!) and the "resort accommodation" promised was just as disappointing. There has to be a consequence to this company that continues to market this vacation package. They made a mistake by sending me another one so now I am on a mission to participate in any class action against this company. I look forward to being contacted.
