I've booked a Ryanair flight through Kiwi.com.
I'd like to access flight details on the airline website. I therefore need the booking reference, which I have got, and the email address that's been used for the reservation. I asked Kiwi.com to provide me with this information, but the refused. I have paid my flights and I think that I have the right to check and manage them myself. Kiwi.com wants to keep control of my flights. If I want to add a check-in luggage, they ask me to pay but I can't check the amount of money they ask for, which sounds to high in comparison with upfront fees showed on the airline company.
