Dear Sir or Madam,
I have arrived on Tuesday with Air Berlin AB7472 from Düsseldorf (DUS) to Boston (BOS). On the way my bag was lost. At the baggage claim the air berlin employee told me that they will issue a claim on my behalf because i had to reach my connection flight to Florida. I left her my boarding pass, my phone number and the company and colour of my bag. Till now i wasn't contacted. Today i drove to orlando airport as i'm making a roundtrip. The employee of the American Airlines baggage claim gave me your contact and told me that it is better that you will issue a claim and not he in orlando because he did not found anything in the system. So i'm sure the Air Berlin employee didn't do anything.
Perhaps you can also provide me contact details from the Airberlin/American Airlines baggage claim to call and ask them about their employee. I do not know the name anymore but it was a woman, about 35 years old, about 1, 65 meters high, brown skin and she was wearing a head scarf like a muslim.
Please search my bag and get in contact with me as soon as possible as i'm without my belongings for four days now.
