Hello, I had purchased a ticket to fly in February of but the sales representative had accidentally charged me a $25 fee. Katherine Brennan, at United Airlines Customer Care had very kindly extended the $75 E-certificate for me. Unfortunately, I have been very busy with having to work, and have not had the opportunity to take time off to travel. Katherine Brennan had emailed me the following "Goodwill Electronic Certificate" of $75, in February of but I still was not able to travel, due to work. Could you please kindly extend the E-Certificate for me? Here is the E-Certificate that, Katherine Brennan had emailed to me:
