Travelocity canceled my flight reservation, because they said they couldn%u2019t verify the card was mine, even though my bank let it go through. I had to rebook and be out of $1300 for five days. When they did finally refund my money they didn%u2019t give me my $10.99 worth of fees back. If they decided they couldn%u2019t verify the credit card was mine, then why didn%u2019t they refund all of the money to the card? When I called about the charges they said, they had refunded all of it. I was looking at my online banking and they clearly had not. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
