MATT, EMPLOYEE OF BAYMONT INN OF EAST TOWNE BLVD, MADISON, WI 53704 Is a cancer to the corporation. The front desk Matt that worked 7/17 at 3:00 A.M.
Priceline. Never again, no REAL RESULTS, NOTHING BUT PASSING THE BUCK FROM WI, TO CANADA, TO THE PHILIPEANS!
Matt is the worst example of customer service I have encountered in 50 years. Baymont cut this RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING, USELESS EMPLOYEE LOSE AND HIRE ONE OF THE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WITH FAMILIES THAT WOULD BE HAPPY TO FILL HIS SPOT, AND BE AN ASSET TO YOUR MOTEL IN MADISON, WI
I confirmed my room with " Baymont" reservations, was told I could check in within the hour, drove there, and literally and physically had the door slammed in my face and LOCKED! BY MATT. Turn away after my room was paid for with my child, disabled husband at 3:00A.M.!!!
Sat in parking lot for an hour getting past from WI, TO CANADA, TO THE PHILLIPEANS, ONLY TO HAVE NOTHING RESOLVED THROUGH THE LAME EFFORTS OF BOTH BAYMONT AND PRICELINE.
MATT's Superior tried contact him as I watched him from my vehicle deliberately not answer the motel phone, at which point I got out of my car with his superior on the phone, knocked on the "open 24 hrs" LOCKED DOOR! When he rolled his eyes and Unlocked the door, I handed him my cell and told him his superior wanted to speak with him and he replied rudely "our phones have been down all week" Really Matt? Lame creativity, my 2year old nephew could have been more clever!
NEVER EVER WILL I DEAL WITH BAYMONT, ANYONE ASSOCIATED, NOR PRICELINE.
WE WENT A BLOCK OVER, PAID LESS, NO THIRD PARTY, WONDERFUL SERVICE (thank you Joseph), newly renovated rooms, new flat screen tvs and were accommodated with an extra hour (free) to sleep in after check out. Yaaaay ECONOLODGE! We will stay here always as our daughter lives here and we visit often.
Through many people we learned ECONOLODGE often receives customers that have had terrible experiences with that Baymont and "Matt". We were also informed that most of these customers have great experiences with Expedia. WHERE WILL WE STAY AND REFER? DO THE MATH! Hello ECONOLODGE, hello Joeseph, Hello Expedia!
