Ripoff took money without autherization

I got a thing in the mail for a free trial for a travel membership and I called and cancelled it but they took the $59.95 out anyways and I called the company and they are sending the money back to me, then I looked at my bank statement and they took out $149.00 out that I didn't even know about and now can't get ahold of the right people that did it.
