I have called several times to talk to someone and only got an automated service during and after business hours. I have cancelled my account that they somehow got without my permission. I still keep getting charged for services I'm not recieving. I am going to file charges against whoever is head of operations and will do whatever is necessary to get my money back and to make sure this place gets shutdown.
