I booked a flight from Springfield to Punta Gorda Fl. A full 12 days prior to my flight I had to cancel! I've tried everyday (its been five now) to get through to someone but no luck. A recording refers you to their website! Well after 3 days I did Live chat with someone. They cant help. They referred me to the phone number. You kidding me! Alyssa at Allegiant Live chat disconnected me. I asked the wrong question I guess. THIS AIRLINE IS A JOKE! How any business can operate like this is beyond me!!! Finally success! I did get someone after 20 minutes plus waiting on the phone! So it cost $ 44.00 to cancel a $ 308.00 flight! Worth it I guess! I am getting a voucher so I'll have to book with them at least one more time but I plan on that being the last time! Better to pay a few bucks more and fly on a bigger plane and WIth the majors, you can get ahold of someone!!!
