Very easy, they had the best overall rates for my International Flight to Tobago and Trinidad. Trip was awesome, and I would use them in the future. Sally Kuehn provided excellent customer service upon my return and made sure I was satisfied. Even offered me additional benefits because of my horrible return flight issues (which was not Onetravel's fault) that delayed flights, missed connections, food and hotel voucher, which ended in a trip to the ER in Miami from Food Poisoning at the Subway in the Airport
