I had booked a flight through OneTravel, and fortunately purchased the insurance coverage. I got an earache and could not fly. When I attempted to call OneTravel to follow up on my refund process, my call would not go through. I was "transferred" to customer service but no one ever answered. Well, it turns out that apparently their call center is in New York City, which was experiencing Hurricane Sandy at the time. I was pleasantly surprised to get a helpful call from Sally Kuehn at OneTravel several days later to follow up. I will await my refund-hopefully it is on the way! Thanks Sally!
