I recently purchase a trip threw cheaptickets.com Our flight time was for 1.25 pm out of Kelowna b.C. We arrived at 12.15 p. M just to discover our plane was already gone. It flew out a 11.40P.M. We contacted cheaptickets to see what they could do. (nothing) I rented a car at the airport drove to Kamloops b. C where We had purchased 2 tickets for Vancover b.C. So we could make our connecting flight. (which we did. Barely) It cost us an extra 1000 plus dollars. The day after we left Oct. 31 we recieved a email about our flight change (Nov. 1) a day after we where gone. When we returned we contacted cheaptickets.com (aka orbitz.com) they said it was the airlines fault, (west Jet) which is a lie as we booked threw them not Westjet. They wanted prove of our extra cost. Which we gave them. Then they turned around and said they sent us an email on july 22 so they would not reinbuse us. Ok fine maybe we missed it (not) when we ask them for prove they could not supply it. As for Westjet the gave us 300 bucks towards another trip with them. They didn`t have to do anything. So I would say if your going on a flight go threw Westjet as for cheaptickets. Stay away from them as they will rip you off and they don`t care about there customers, to them your just a numbe
