I am soooooo embarrassed that I went for this CON job. Robert Kerner of (1055E Flamingo #822 Las Vegas, NV 89119) has an unregistered Travel Business with no Business License. He hides behind the skirts of Holiday Travel America (6405 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA) to pull off a rather impressive scam effecting a 100 or so people.

The Holiday Travel America name is being bandied about by Robert Kerner, Condo Rental Club, BBK Ventures to stymie objections and questions about the NON existent Condo Rental Club which attempts to con $5,000 from Travel Agents throughout Canada and the US. Travel Agents all over Canada and the U.S. Are being swindled into paying $5,000 for an 'incentive' program (www.asuiteweek.com) that Robert Kerner/BBK Ventures/Condo Rental Club has misrepresented as a booking portal for Travel Agents. This BBK Ventures, Condo Rental Club and Robert Kerner deserves a very close LOOK! He has no website, business license or Travel Sellers Permit. Yet, he is operating unfettered.
