Customer Service talked my Mother into paying up to 100.00 dollars a month for one single line. Knowing she was on a fixed income they did not offer a more feasible service.By the time she order the long distance and calling features she never uses she was paying 82 for just having the line and 24 for long distance.

She paid her bill each month plus etc for a old wireless account her grandson ran up. The phone company disconnect her for lack of payment after she made a payment for 150.00 that same month. As far as I can see she has made all her payments but when I get someone on the line to resolve I just get transfer from one person to the next. No one has an answer why she was disconnected and why she is paying 82 dollars for a SINGLE LANDLINE!

Oh before they transfer me because they can not help me or have no clue why my Mother is disconnected they ask "Did I offer you satisfactory service?" Not knowing any better and thinking they want to do the right thing I say Yes. One women told me she was going to have the phone turned back on. I waited like a idiot! I now know that ATT is a monster phone company that has no interest in customer service. I will discontinue my mothers service with them and I will also cancel my own service with them as well. Also my sister and her mother in law will also cancel thier service. ATT should be cancelled all together. They have no shame or dignity. Be aware they will hussle your Grandmother or mother for money they can't afford to pay.
