I'd a superb quantity from my January declaration on my Vodacom acc. I settled this to obtain my phone reactivated. At the conclusion of February Vodacom did a DUAL money on my consideration, for that quantity that had been already compensated! As a result of this the money purchase returned. Our other money purchases also returned due to their error. I will have to pay for Vodacom an R85 fee charge for inadequate resources in my own consideration, R115 lender fee for that Vodacom money purchase jumping, and fee costs for my additional money purchases that returned due to their error.

I called through and all of the owner did was deliver me an SMS stating the exceptional quantity needed to be compensated that same-day. It was late morning and that I couldn’t reach the financial institution. Then they disconnected my point. What must have occurred: I ought to have obtained an apology, had my point reconnected, been acknowledged the charge charge, plus lender charge costs. All I get is reasons and arrogance after I telephone to try to look for a remedy. These were designed to telephone me back and haven’t.
