Our criticism: Customer Support is AWFUL, AWFUL, is just a headache, the automated client solutions never function so when they reply the telephone they do not understand how to solve the problem, next to the customer support are offshore plus they may notice you or even the hardly understand #*&%$#@$^
Our bill is automated cost plus they cost me twice, the Financial Institution claims is Metro Computers mistake and CITY claims may be the Lender mistake and at the conclusion nobody assist you to, they do not have any boss open to solve the problem.
Please make a move, we purchase great providers this support isn't inexpensive at-all!!! Regard the customer and do somenthing to repair. The government should do anything with businesses like Metro PCS.
