On November 11, I purchased a telephone along with a strategy from METROPCS. Subsequently in January of I included my boy towards the strategy. I've many issues about my telephone. I had been informed from the woman in the Condition/Fruitvale shop that I had been offered a bit of sht. Today how will you believe I experienced with that comment??? Our telephone drops calls continuously, I've audio feedback, and also the quality of the communications about the phone-line was terrible. Nowadays, April 27, I unplugged my telephone in the charger, and also to my shock, AN ENORMOUS sunspot appeared in the centre of my display. Whilst the evening advanced, therefore did sunlight place. I named the shop that I bought it from. She mentioned that it seemed like I slipped it in certain water. I informed her which was not the case. Our telephone is NEVER near water. She subsequently mentioned perhaps I'd the telephone where it could actually work!!! Could you think that??? After I got off-work, I got it the shop. The worker looked over it, and stated, no water damage! She questioned me to try the shop on California/Yale road, since her shop didn't manage guarantee acquisitions, also it might charge me $10 to purchase a brand new telephone. I did so when I was directed, simply to be informed from the worker that clearly there is water damage since the label inside have been eliminated. I expected him if he was contacting me a LIAR? He strongly explained he could not help me, then, refrased it, and mentioned he'd NOT HELP ME, and that I was to depart the building!
I called back the shop that I purchased from, and requested to talk to the dog owner. She mentioned she'd have him contact me. After I did obtain a phone, it had been not THE DOG OWNER!!! It had been the supervisor, simply to inform me the display wasn't coated, when the telephone was to breakdown, it'd did thus within twenty four hours!!! HOW REDICULOUS IS THE FACT THAT??? She proceedede to inform me that there is NOTHING they might do for me personally!!! Should you purchase a car, isn't the wheels area of the car, if the wheels fail? ]
I'm sooo dissatisfied in the service and these products metro pcs offers. I've no issue indicating my concerns to other possible customers. Trust me, i'm not done!!!
