I have contract with Acanac since last year. This year I renewed my contract. They received one year full fees from my account and the problems started:
1- I have not had access to internet for more than 1 week. They repaired it after one week. 2-in this week this is the second time that they send me an email and they told me that because I use different devices or I have given my accountuser and password to the other person they will suspend my contract. First time I called them and I explain that it is not true and the problem is not from my side and today I received the same email and they say that they will suspend my account and this is termination of contract
How it could be possible that I payed for 1 year full and i did not do anything wrong and they can suspend my contract and threat me in this way? Please do something for me.
