I changed from AT&T since their customer support is just a catastrophe. Sadly, AT&T may be the only DSL supplier in my own region and so I still need to cope with them.
They screwed up my payment. Going back three times I've invested 2 hours each day about the telephone looking to get them obvious it-up. They're difficult to cope with.
When you can perhaps prevent AT&T get it done at all expenses.
