Locked my phone after payment was made

Hello,

I requested Google Speech in-may the 26 th it worked for only one time next it's been disconnected plus they don't declare the main reason and it also was for 2.49 and today they charged me 2.99. They don't reactivate the consideration or anything-but they keep saying please watch for further analysis... This can be a rip-off
