I had been billed $21 on my ATT statement to get a long-distance phone that I never created. The cost was produced by BILLWITHUS, Inc; I named ATT plus they wont do something about this till BILLWITHUS, Inc reacts, that they have not since October. I'm being billed late charges for that outstanding balance and can't do something about this.
