I'm along the way of moving my amount from Windstream to Vonage. Windstream purchased out N&E in November. I obtained the only real conversation from their website concerning the termination of the VoIP service. Evidently they sent characters in December. The only real notice I obtained was in Nov informing me they purchased out N&E. I named and registered with Vonage on 2-10 and am still awaiting my telephone number to become moved. The final 2 rejects were for an handle mismatch. I've twice confirmed the tackle with BOTH businesses using a conference call. I am still waiting. Windstream claims it is Vonage, nicely the Next party performing the move, using the problem.
