Hah! Whenever we never obtained the "reward", and named... We received various garbage by two "live experts." One stated we would get a text msg. And we would be ready. Later, another informed us we'd obtain no reward units till I topped-up $20.
Numerous emails proved failed since all of the participants can't STUDY or TALK in a proper method, not to mention create a notice.
Main point here—per month later we don't have our reward minutes and we keep getting various phrases and guidelines and problems, NONE which are published EVERYWHERE, to be able to obtain the advertised benefit units.
More, it's DIFFICULT to obtain everywhere about the phone, OR obtain the title of any standard we are able to talk to.
We'd NEVER suggest Virgin Mobile to anybody.
The organization and workers are unaware, fraudulent liars.
