I'm a brand new Vodafone User. I purchased a corporate link through TCS, Mumbai. The borrowing limit that we was supplied with was Rs. 500. I approached their customer service 5-6 times and everytime i named them to obtain my borrowing limit elevated, everytime i used-to obtain a fresh answer. Sometimes I had been requested to deliver an sms, occasionally to create a email, occasionally they explained that when the confirmation could be completed it'd instantly get increased but that didn't happen. Once the individual arrived for confirmation i questioned him when might the borrowing limit be increased and just how much, I had been informed within 1-2 times also it could be increased to some the least 1500. Again i named their customer service and nothing happened.

I posted Rs. 500 on 23rd december and continued running on 24th decmber. Till the statement wasn't produced the fone was functioning good but on 29th december I had been not obtaining any use of the network. At about 6p. M i visited their shop in Jaipur (Gaurav Structure) to question them the Issue, I had been informed to hold back for around 30 minutes after which it they'd return back again to me. I didn't gat any reaction from their website till 7:30 and lastly i again visited them-and was surprised to determine that nothing was completed plus they were helping additional customers. Again the individual explained to hold back for someday after which he began messages somebody. Finally I'd to approach the Shop incharge for help. She ultimately found understand after around 30 minutes that my statement was produced on 28th that we hadn't obtained however at my house, no sms, no email As well as the bill was 1140 out-of that they had taken 500 after which it the remaining quantity was Rs. 640 and which realized my borrowing limit by 40Rs. So that they disconnected my simulator.
