Did not order and not off

I hve costs on my telephone bill for vmail providers. I named and terminated the support on October 10 when I hadn't requested it. I called again on 10/31 they declare my sevice is terminated but calls continue to be likely to vmail. Our telephone firm claims they do not contain it on my point. Orbit claims they do not understand how to to obtain it off my point whilst the support is terminated.
