Timewarner Cable is takes benefit of clients who remove support by getting phony costs. I recently disconnected and viewed whilst the technology got away all their gear. You know what? I get charged $50 for "gear modification". Their customer support representative stated it was to get a unreturned device plus they might look at it. You know what, 30 days later plus they nevertheless haven't examined. I am not spending - ever.
