Very bad customer service

I purchased a calling card from STSprepaid.com an internet business. The card was marketed on the site to provide me 33 units of of talk-time in a-one simple phone. I really employed the card in one phone without disruption whilst the ad stated. The card only permitted me to speak for just one third of this period (10 units only). I named the client support 3 times. The very first time they just permitted me to depart a voice communication. I quit a speech concept, described the issue and requested them to contact me back. They never did. I named them the 2nd morning again. Lastly somebody responded. I described the issue again for them. They stated they are able to do-nothing concerning the issue and hung-up on me.

I required the 3rd period, they did the same and hung-up on me. I never witnessed this type of poor company.

Our advice to anyone: DoN't utilize them.
