Unconscionable billing practice

I registered for marketing with Orange pages (IDEARC PRESS) in 2007. Disappointed using the outcomes, I didn't restore my agreement for 2008. Subsequently, I obtained expenses for 2008 marketing. I experimented with contact IDEARC many times to no avail. I eventually spoke to some costumer relations individual who stated that he'd possess a boss return my phone. I never obtained a return telephone call. Subsequently, I sent IDEARC, and obtained an answer mail showing this was the very first time I approached them regarding this problem! I mailed letters and also have gotten no reaction. Lastly, I spoke to a different consultant who advised me that I closed a deal in 2007 declaring that IDEARC may restore my agreement any year at their attention without confirming with me! I had been annoyed. Then, to top issues off... IDEARC sent me to selections for not spending

This Can Be A complete rip off. They don't worry about customer pleasure! Don't provide them with company since you will soon be restricting significantly more than you believe

Terrible customer support and extravagant, unconscionable payment exercise!
