Poor service!

Where do I start! Received my tracfone in Jan. It had been running in my own house region. Named them many times / usually placed on store / minimal phone period was atleast half an hour / still running! Went online to repair, got an incident quantity but was never approached - however running and utilizing all my moments.

Ultimately made them-let me talk to a boss, they delivered me a brand new telephone. Did not work. Delivered it, delivered me a next telephone. They'd permitted me 100 moments for the phony running costs (I'd requested for 200 and purchase 200 plus they refused.). Our moments were not about the new telephone, needed to call them again, minimal 30-minute call. Went out-of moments recently, purchased 200 units online, didn't obtain on my telephone. Named them again! Informed them I'd enough, I needed a return. They declined, one hour following the deal happened. Stated they CAn't reimbursement airtime. I told them I'll protest the cost on my credit (that we am along the way to do). The person really explained the main reason used to donot obtain my airtime is basically because I actually donot have sufficient cafes... Hi!!! What am I designed to do. Push someplace ta get airtime?! I'll never conduct business with Tracfone again, and certainly will do my better to inform my tale to anyone who thinks purchasing one. Tracfone doesn't worry about their clients whatsoever.
