I have approached their intended "100% Assured" customer support point... They cannot (or wont) cure my issue. I named the united kingdom mobile phone (that I allegedly get charged $0.09/minute completed towards the closest 3minutes). The telephone was "off" and that I got the saving in the mobile phone support... Total elapsed telephone call time
