Switching carriers problem!

On or around April 11, I approached AT&T long-distance having a problem about my statement, at which period their consultant inspired me to change my local telephone support to AT&T aswell. He mentioned the price could be significantly less than $25 monthly with no note was made from every other costs. Soon afterwards I obtained a statement within the quantity of $142.52, a far cry from what I had been wanting. One of them statement was a cost shown as “Service Purchase Cost – Installation”. SURPRISE! Nobody described this cost in my experience or did I actually accept same. I quickly ended both telephone providers with AT&T on May 10, efficient May 11, at which moment I managed to get clear that I'd not be spending the shock $65 payment and they must perform the recording to find out that I'd not, actually, been advised of the installment cost. Had their consultant recommended me of the charge, as needed legally, I'd have rejected to change companies and quit my telephone support because it was. Clearly they decided to not perform the recording of the discussion under consideration along with a need continues to be being designed for their shock charge. I didn’t accept it and that I won't purchase it, because it presents nearly around my regular food statement so that as a senior, I'd not have intentionally selected between consuming and changing phone companies. They proceed to need cost, utilizing the declaration this is just a necessary cost. What? Isn’t in addition, it necessary to recommend the customer that you will see this type of cost? They're threatening to compromise my credit score until I spend and that I can't and certainly will not purchase anything to that we didn't recognize. There has to be a regulation from this kind of deceptive receiving/payment in addition to AT&T’s intimidation selection techniques. I've required an itemized statement for that outstanding costs for that they claim I'm responsible. I'll pay-what I legally owe but that's all! I've also required a duplicate of the recording of my discussion using their consultant, which demonstrates that I had been not recommended of the $65 charge. They've refused both demands. I've the right to both an itemized statement and evidence that I had been informed of the crazy installment charge. AT&T doesn't acknowledge, at least not based on their third world state reps.
