Our Mortgage was transferred for this phony company in December from Choice One and that I never got their mailing address and neither did they bother to deliver me-any details about the move of just one of the loans to there organization. I wound up delivering funds for hands down the loans to choice one for just two weeks and also the additional mortgage funds to ASC.
They obviously claimed me for late-payment to both 3 credit agencies despite calling them-and attempting to correct the problem after their consultant stated it had been there problem which won't be documented towards the credit agency/won't affect me.
Along with they evidently delivered 3 visitors to my door-step with risks to foreclosure my house since I'venot settled my mortgage because it was transferred, I'd to contact law enforcement prior to the visitors vanished to their previous vehicle and went down in to the ideal.
Today, see, they cant stop calling my house over 10 times each day when they do not get the mortgage from the 4th evening of the month.
Exactly What A business?
I'm really attempting to refinance both loans to MLN the moment feasible since I've had enough of there risks, calls and problems.
