Our criticism about Telkom isn't simply severe it's ridicules. Within the last 6 months our ADSL line were taken 7 instances the final time-on the 20 Oct two times once they changed the prior line which was taken the fastest response-time to date was four times but usually it requires 11 also it did consider them 15 times once before to reconnect the point. And after speaking with Boss this and boss that Supervisor below supervisor there the very best on only answer they've is, wait till it occurs again and come and reconnect the point again.
Please someone help me when I don’t today how to proceed anymore I-phone client care, client care spoken to supervisors and administrators plus they simply don’t care.
