Failed to complete work, repeatedly lied, months late, lost product

Very sad. It is now March.

In October we started a very simple thing. We brought a jacket to Lakeville athletics to have my son's name embroidered on the jacket. Simple enough and we were told it would take five or six weeks. After eight weeks we called and we were told the he would go down to the facility that did the embroidery and see what happened. Three weeks later, the same story. Two weeks later the same story. I left several phone calls, none of which were returned. Went to the facility several more times, same story.

Then today I stopped in again and this time it was different and I was told that there was no record of it ever happening. At which time I dug through his box of orders and found it dated October 11.

This time, of course, I was told that it must have already been picked up. Which is of course, not the case. The owner was mad and so was I.in the process of finding my order I found several other incomplete orders dated back to November and December.

It is not a huge amount, but an $80 sweatshirt has been lost/sold whatever and the prepaid embroidery of another $22 dollars.

I am sad that it happened and do not like being lied to and ignored. Lakeville Athletics cannot be trusted and you would do well to flee to any of the other Lakeville businesses that are

Competent, answer their phones and will deal with problems when they occur.
