No notification about balance expiring

I'm extremely dissatisfied using the method Zumba has managed company with me. At Drop this past year, I've authorized to go to a Zumba teacher coaching but sadly couldn't, since I'd a significant surgery performed. Therefore, I named Zumba and informed them that I'd not have the ability to attend the training and would need to place that stability on-hold for upcoming instruction. Therefore, twelve months later I'venot noticed from their store... The only real items that I'd get could be ads to purchase their issues and so on. NEVER got a notice mail stating my balance might end. Humm. I wonder why. Maybe they'd like to maintain my income. Well, nowadays, simply got a notice stating that it's terminated. Somehow this notice "created its method" to my mailbox. I named their customer support plus they LIED to me stating they have deliver THREE notice emails warning me about that issue. I told them I've not gotten something from their store, plus they continued informing me they did deliver so. Fundamentally these were calling me a liar.

Please avoid the corporation. They truly reckless about you and simply need your cash. It's unfortunate that businesses available have simply no concept of what great company is about.
