PLEASE DON'T JOIN this gym. There is a reason why they only have 3 locations, supposedly been the best one the one I am still tied to and wasting my money and where I got upset enough to write this bad review that I rarely do, because I understand the power of online reviews and unless is a good act I will be doing to someone, I wouldn't do it. So my intention is to help anybody from getting ripped off as I was, and I will explain. This business management/staff is full of money craving people from all venues, taking advantage from people in my area, with no background in this type of health service, just take a look at their staff and besides their black uniform you would not guess they are in the fitness business by their physical appearance.
After years paying not only the overprices gym services but personal training more than the usual clients, not only got injured unable to workout for about 4 months continued been charged for monthly gym I didn't use, but in the attempt to get back with different trainer throwing more money at them trying to give them a chance and after paying for a package of 4 more sessions they explained the sessions are for groups that I will need to bring a group of people that will pay the same but I need to bring it to them, so basically they have a training package that you will have to bring the group. Their own trainer who was training me was who told me what package to buy and since I didn't care if he trained somebody else at the same time I was ok. And that went on for a year or so, but now they changed and I need to bring the group so I lost.
I am a busy person and go to the gym to look for a healthy break on my life, to feel good and definitively don't need this type of stress from the only healthy break I take as dealing with stress at work is ok, but when you pay to take this breaks and being serious and they try to take you in their Underworld of Money Craving people I felt insulted and makes very difficult to go back again to the gym to see their faces, where it should be the place to go relax and feel good. So I have not attended in another couple of months and will have to continue paying until the end of my contract, so basically I got ripped off and stuck wasting my hard made money in their desperate business to make extra money on scams.
Thats why they do not have more locations and will not grow as a company, compared to 24HR Fitness or NYSC where I was a member. Don't take the chance on this rotten small company that should be soon out of business.
