I have bought and sold golf clubs there many times over the past few years. I have also bought used clubs, tried them out, and brought them back a couple of days later and got a full refund, as recently as four to five weeks ago. I bought four clubs two days ago and asked the salesperson if these were used, just to make sure I could bring them back for full credit.
Today I brought the clubs back, expecting a full refund, and was told for the first time that store policy on golf items is that returns can only be applied as store credit.
The sales slip says, "all returns are 7 days". I was told nothing, nor is there anything printed that suggests my only option was store credit. I do not want the clubs. I want my $119.17 back.
