Dicks customer service - GOLF CLUBS

I visited the Poughkeepsie NY store and purchased $900 in golf clubs-a full set of irons. Our sales representative was Don and he was EXCELLENT.

I am waiting for the shipment at this time. Again, he was very reasonable in responding to my questions. He was patient and knowledgable during my discussion of the items being purchased. While I am a long-time golfer, this was my initial purchase of new clubs, I was somewhat aprehensive with the overall purchase.

Don is an EXCELLENT salesman in that he is reasonably patient while remaining to be persistent. He did not make any effort to talk me into "in house" clubs since I was encouraged to purchase a specific brand.

I am a long-term manager of staff and to the store manager of this branch, you have an EXCELLENT representative in Don.

I will probably return later in the season to make additional purchases including a golf bag and possibly a set of woods.
