I'd an extremely poor encounter with Fast Weight Loss Facilities, and that I suggest that nobody contemplate using the services of them.

The negative experience started in the 59 & Kirby area in Houston with supervisor Paula Martin.

Firstly, Ms. Martinis sales hype was quick, automatic, and manipulative. Her efforts for connecting and develop connection were phony and artificial. I believed clearly that she just cared about something: receiving me to signal. The knowledge thought entirely icky.

The price of this program been high for my specific move at that time, and so I decided to not register. However I impulsively chose to buy a number of their snacks, after which later regretted the purchase since I decided it had been not really a value for my specific scenario.

24 hours later I visited return the unopened products to get a reimbursement, Ms. Martin coldly and insensitively educated me that Food legislation doesn't allow QWLC to simply accept returned products which organization plan doesn't permit discounts. She explained the next phase I really could consider was to send in a written criticism, that we did.

I subsequently obtained a phone in the area supervisor (DM) over that shop, and that I described the problem. She described it's organization plan - not Food legislation - that disallows receiving returned products. The shop manageris and area manageris tales were sporadic, showing obvious absence of ethics. I pleasantly appealed for the DM to give me one exemption to organization plan and also to return my cash - cash which was valuable in my experience in a period of economic difficulty. But, because it works out, goodwill towards disappointed clients is just a low-concern for QWLC. She stubbornly declined to give an exclusion or return my income. Alternatively, she offered just insufficient, poor reasons.

This area supervisor obviously doesn't benefit me like a potential possibility. I do want to buy QWLCis providers within the forseeable future when my budget permits, although not if QWLC stubbornly will not solve this case to my pleasure.

Till QWLC assumes a "client-is-usually-right" attitude, I would recommend everybody remain faraway. Should you become disappointed, they'll be correct, and you'll be incorrect. They're unnecessarily forgoing revenue towards the detriment of the own success, no intelligent business design.
