I paid a little over $1,000 for the personalized service promoted by Quick Weight Loss. When I challenged the charge to my credit card company the company responded - it is nonrefundable. I would be happy to pay $1,000 if they delivered but what legitimate company says, pay me $1,000 and only after you agree that I get to keep the $1,000 will I tell you what I am selling? This is the Quick Weight Loss business plan.
The first 5 days you are told, eat all you want on this list of food. Well I didn't like most of what was on the list so ate very little. I lost 10 pounds and everyone said "wow" this plan works for you. I told the people at the center - no, you gave me a list of foods that I don't like so I didn't eat; anyone can lose wait by not eating.
The first "real" meeting I was given the exact same list but now with limitations. I went to the receipe site, bought more of their products, anything to try to eat this list of food. After 3 visits asking for my counselor to personalize my plan she finally said - this is the plan.
I stopped going as nothing was "personalized". When I went you could learn the "plan" for $30 under their $30 for 30 days program. Yet, I am now out a little over $1,000.
