Fit For Less
Fit 4 Less, John Guiterrez ripoff, spinning bikes, non delivery, used exercise equipment, Queens

I found John Guiterrez and his company Fit for Less in the used exercise equipment site. We corresponded several times regarding Fit for Less's Swhinn spinning bikes. We decided on a price, faxed contracts, etc. Fit for Less arranged a DHL to pick up bank check for the bikes.

Fit for Less agreed to store the bikes for three months until my studio was built.in June I contacted him for delivery. John Guiterrez and Fit for Less wanted to wait until July.

July came and went and Fit for Less disconnected their phone. Then the website went down. Finally no responses from Fit for Less or John Guiterrez. They vanished and took my money and bikes.

I contacted the Police, the District Attorney, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection, and finally an investigative reporter.

I still have to resolved this, gotten my money back or found Fite for Less and/or John Guiterrez to file charges against him.
