Marie Goodwin founder/owner and manager Ohio Air Dogs purchased 1/4" rubber flooring for the Ohio Air Dogs in Brunswick, OH.
She received flooring, signed for the flooring with the freight company and just didn't pay for the flooring.
Outstanding invoice was approx. $2000. She was contacted by our attorney, she said she would pay it; but of course the "check is in the mail" syndrome as with every crook.
My attorney filed a mechanics lien on building; but the landlord went bankrupt so Marie escaped again... We sent her to collections and said the h*l with it.
She employs the typical tactics of a con artist; threatens to sue saying she was harassed.
If you would pay your bills, no one would contact you.
Here is a brief copy of just one of her correspondence with my lawyer. Big surprise, no payment was ever sent.
